If you own a rental property or have an accessory apartment in your home and would like the help of professionals, please give us a call and we will help you find the perfect tenants.
Landlords, there is no cost to you when using a licensed Real Estate salesperson to rent your home or apartment.
There is no cost to you as a landlord to have us list and rent your property. We will take pictures of your home and market it through our website, MLS, and all available internet websites that advertise rentals of homes and apartments. We will screen all prospective tenants gathering their credit, proof of income and references for you to consider. We will make it mandatory that tenants secure tenants insurance and that they provide you with a copy for your records. We can provide a lease for you but be aware that a lease is between the landlord and tenant only and that the Real Estate Salesperson has no legal background and can not be associated with the lease itself.
Property Management
Real Estate Rental and Property Management for out of state Landlords:
We feel that as an out of town landlord you should include ground care of lawn in your rental contract so that you can be sure that grounds are kept neat and trim and not rely on tenants to do this service. If you need we will secure a landscaping company for you.
Property Management flat fee service:
This service includes all of the above and we will
Respond to and address maintenance issues and emergencies during the term of the lease.
