Our Flat Fee service gives you all the support you need including helping you price your home and negotiating the sale of your home or condo.
Flat fee MLS (sometimes referred to as "flat rate mls" or "fixed fee mls") refers to the practice in the real estate industry of placing a property for sale into the database of the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) for a set fee or dollar amount as opposed to a commission based on the sales price of the property.

Rental Listings
If you own a rental property or have an accessory apartment in your home and would like the help of professionals, please give us a call and we will help you find the perfect tenants.
Landlords, there is no cost to you when using a licensed Real Estate salesperson to rent your home or apartment.
Real Estate Rental and Property Management for out of state Landlords:
There is no cost to you as a landlord to have us list and rent your property. We will screen all prospective tenants gathering their credit, proof of income and references for you to consider. We will make it mandatory that tenants secure tenants insurance and will provide you with a copy for your records.
A lease will be provided to you so that you can add any riders and a formal lease signing will be scheduled where we will use fax, email and/or overnight mail to make sure you have received your payment and all copies of documents before the tenants move in. We will insure that the tenant receives key on move in date.
We feel that as an out of town landlord you should include Ground Care of Lawn in your rental contract so that you can be sure that grounds are kept neat and trim and not rely on tenants to do this service. If you need we will secure a landscaping company for you.
Property Management:
$1,500 flat fee for yearly service
